Text ads plays major role which provides the traffic and users may convert to it. In the extension of this Google Search Text ads, google introduced Sitelink Extensions which gives more tailor to your Text Ads.
Sitelinks are similar to the text ads but here it doesn't provide "Display URL" which is normal as text ad. You can provide the links(Final Url) where you want the user to take action and also with headline and description lines as per the screenshot.
Sitelinks will provide more information that is not provided in normal ads. Today Google expanded it in multiple extensions like
